Instructions: Add yourself: • 500 g beef leaves • 300 g rice • Conimex Wokie Preparation: 1. Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package. Cut the meat into strips. 2. Heat 2 tbs of oil in a frying pan and fry the beef until brown. 3. Add the boemboe and 300 ml water. Bring to the boil and stir. 4. Cover the pan and simmer for about 50 minutes on low heat. Remove the lid from the pan and cook the dish for another 10 minutes until the sauce has the desired thickness. 5. Serve with rice.
