Spice Paste for Bami Goreng

Ingredients Water Herbs and spices (garlic, lemongrass, ginger, coriander 0.7%, turmeric, white pepper, black pepper, cumin, celery, lime leaf, laos, fennel seed) onion sugar molasses salt Rapeseed oil modified corn starch Baster sugar (sugar, sugar syrup, dye: E150c) Baked onion (onion, palm oil, wheat flour, salt) vinegar Hydrolyzed protein (soya and corn) Shallots Shrimp powder (shrimps [shellfish], salt, anchovies, roasted sugar) Yeast extract Dietary acids: acetic acid and citric acid Acid regulator: E514 Thickeners: E412 and E415 tamarind honey Citrus fiber Preservative: E202 Rice wine Aromas lemon juice

Instructions: Add yourself (3 to 4 people) - 250 g of mie noodles - 300 g pork cut into strips - 500 g bami vegetable packet - 2 tablespoons of wok oil Cook the mie noodles as indicated on the package. Heat 2 tablespoons of wok oil in one wok and cook the pork until brown. Add the bami vegetable packet and simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the Boemboe Bahmi Goreng and 50 ml water. Add the cooked mie noodles and mix well.

Servertip: Serve with baked egg, Atjar Tjampoer, Sambal, Fried Onion and / or Seroendeng.
