Conimex Babi Ketjap Mix - 92g


With the mix for Babi Ketjap you can easily make a mild Indonesian meat dish with ketjap sauce. Marinate the meat in the spice mix and add the sauce mix to the pan later. This way you can serve a tasty Babi Ketjap within 30 minutes.

Preparation Method: (30 minutes, 3-4 people)
Add yourself: • 1 red pepper • 500gr pork chops • 350gr of rice • Conimex Wok oil


  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. 
  2. Cut the pork into strips. Mix the marinade mix with 4 tablespoons of wok oil and marinate the meat strips for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Stir-fry 
  4. Stir fry the meat strips until golden brown. Add some wok oil if necessary.
  5. Add the sauce mix and 300 ml of cold water to the meat.
  6. Then add the bell pepper.
  7. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 1 min. Serve the Babi Ketjap with the rice.
