Conimex Babi Pangang, an authentic Chinese-Indonesian meat dish-3-4 people

Ingredients Sauce mix: sugar, potato starch, tomato, salt, yeast extract (contains barley), rapeseed oil, soy sauce powder (salt, wheat flour, soybean), ginger, coriander, natural flavor, food acid: citric acid, anise, cayenne pepper, beetroot powder. Marinade mix: sugar, salt, natural flavor, yeast extract, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, tomato, soy sauce powder (salt, wheat flour, soy bean), cumin seed, beetroot powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, lime leaf powder.
May contain egg, milk, celery, mustard.

Preparation: 30 min 3-4 pers.
Add yourself: • 250 g snow peas • 250 g mushrooms • 500 g pork chops • 350 g of rice • Conimex Wok oil

This is how you make it: To prepare 1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. 2. Cut the pork into strips. Mix the marinade mix with 3 tablespoons of wok oil and marinate the meat strips for about 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Clean the snow peas and mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Stir-fry 4. Stir fry the snow peas and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of wok oil for approx. 4 min. 5. Then stir fry the meat strips in another pan. Add wok oil if necessary. 6. Put 300 ml of water and the sauce mix in a saucepan, bring to the boil while stirring and heat for a few minutes until it has the desired thickness. 7. Drain the fat and serve the meat on a platter. Pour the warm sauce over this and serve the rice and vegetables separately.
Variety tips: 1. Serve Babi Pangang with Atime Tjampoer from Conimex. 2. Ajam Pangang: replace the pork with chicken fillet.
