Ingredients Vegetables (41% onion, 8% paprika, garlic) salt spices (nutmeg, caraway seed, 3% pepper) herbs (6% parsley, celery leaves)

Preparation method Put 1 kg of peeled and chopped potatoes with 3 dl of water and a little salt in a large pan. Put 500 g of sauerkraut and a smoked sausage on top of the potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Then remove the smoked sausage from the pan. Mash the potatoes and sauerkraut and mix this mixture, a dash of milk and a knob of butter. Let it warm evenly on low heat. Serve with the smoked sausage.
