Preparation method
Add yourself • approx. 400 ml of semi-skimmed milk
Preparation: package contents: 1 mix for pancakes. Extra required: approx. 400 ml semi-skimmed milk.
Preparation: shake the bottle to release the pancake mix well from the bottom. Pour about 400 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk into the bottle (up to the mark) and screw the cap back on firmly. Hold the bottle upside down and shake vigorously until the mix is ​​completely dissolved in the milk. Let the batter stand for 2-3 minutes.
Baking: heat oil or margarine in a frying pan. Shake the bottle again loosely and then pour the batter into the pan per portion. Bake the pancakes at moderate temperature on both sides (golden) brown and cooked. Garnish the pancake to your own taste.

Tip: serve the pancakes with sugar, syrup or jam. Also great to combine with fresh fruit or savory spreads.
