A classic! With Koopmans Fine cake you bake a real airy, authentic Dutch cake.

Ingredients: sugar, flour, wheat starch, polyglyceride esters and fatty acids, disodium phophate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, flavouring.

Add yourself: 150 g butter, 50 ml milk and 4 eggs
Necessities • 1 pack Koopmans Fine cake • 150 g butter or margarine • 4 eggs (M) • 50 ml (4 tablespoons) of milk (all at room temperature)

Put the batter in the cake tin and bake the cake for 60-70 minutes and golden brown. 8. Remove the cake from the mold and let the cake cool on an wire rack for an hour. Tips & Variations • At the end of the baking time, you can check whether the cake is cooked by piercing the center of the cake with a skewer. When the skewer comes out dry and clean, the cake is done.
