Koopmans Apple Pie, the one and only! With this mix you can easily and quickly bake the only real Dutch apple pie. You can make every moment of the day special with a piece of apple pie from your own oven!

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Leavening Agents (Disodium Diphosate, Sodium Carbonate), Salt.
May contain traces of egg and milk.

Preparation: 
Add yourself: * 175 g butter, 1 egg, 1 kg apples, 75 g raisins, cinnamon and 20 g sugar (instead of 50 g)
Necessities • 1 pack Koopmans Apple Pie • 175 g butter or margarine • 1 egg (M) • 1 kg mildly sour apples (approx. 6 pieces, eg Elstar or Jonagold) • 20 g sugar (previously 50 g) • 75 g raisins • 2 to 3 teaspoons of cinnamon • Possibly. flour for dusting countertop (everything at room temperature)

1. Soak the 75 g raisins in lukewarm water (about 15 minutes) and pat them dry. 2. Place the wire rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven. 3. Grease the spring form with butter or use a baking spray (eg Dr. Oetker). 4. Stir the 175 g butter gently in a mixing bowl and add the mix and 2/3 of the beaten egg. 5. Knead with a mixer with dough hooks or by hand into a cohesive dough. 6. Cover the bottom and edge of the springform tin with 2/3 of the dough. If the dough is too sticky, you can put it in the fridge. 7. Peel the 6 apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into cubes. 8. Mix the apple cubes with the 20 g sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon and raisins. 9. Fill the mold with the apple mixture and press it down. 10. Dust the counter with some flour. Roll the remaining dough into thin rolls, press them slightly flat and place them crosswise over the apple mixture. 11. Brush the strips and the edge of the cake with the rest of the beaten egg. 12. Bake the apple pie for 60-75 minutes and golden brown. 13. Let the apple pie cool down for about 1 hour before removing the spring form.
