Bami Goreng, mix of vegetables and spices

Ingredients Vegetables (baked onion (onion, palm oil, wheat flour, salt), onion, leek, carrot) Herbs and spices (coriander, laos, turmeric, garlic, ginger cumin, sereh) salt Yeast extract lupine sunflower oil

Add yourself: (for 3-4 people) - 250 g mie - 250 g pork or chicken cut into pieces - Inproba Wok Oil or vegetable oil - 450 - 500 g small cut mixed vegetables (eg leek, onion, carrot) - 50 G to slice it into cubes.
Preparation: - Boil the mie as indicated on the package. - Soak the contents of the bag for 10 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. - Fry the meat in 2 liters of oil on high heat until it is cooked. - Add the fresh vegetables until they are cooked. - Add the popular Bami Goreng mix and fry it shortly. - Finally add the ham cubes and the drained mie and fry untill hot and ready to serve.
Serving tip: Add to taste Inproba Ketjap Manis and Sambal Oelek.
